Drawing, dining & bedrooms shall be 2’ × 2’ vitrified tiles.
Kitchen & Balcony shall be of mat finishing tiles and the kitchen platform shall be of polished granite top. Toilet shall be of antiskid ceramic tiles
Staircase , Corridor shall be of one or more mat finished tiles / Marble.
Wall & Ceilings
Drawing, Dining & Bedroom - Putty with primer over two coat of Distemper.
Ceramic tiles up to 2' above the counter and the balance area of the wall shall be of Distemper paint.
Ceramic tiles up to 7' height of dado & the balance area shall be of Distemper paint.
Weather coat exterior paint.
All the door frame shall be of sal wood and doors except Bathroom & Kitchen shall be 30mm thick factory mode flush door, Bathroom doors shall be of FRB Doors.
All the windows shall be of aluminum window frame of reputed make with glass and M.S. Grill.
Electrical works with copper wires in concealed PVC Conduits. Provision shall be made for sufficient lighting by providing Power points, Modular Switches & Sockets of reputed make. Telephone point shall be provided in the Drawing/Dinning.
Fittings & Fixtures
Stainless steel railing shall be provided in Balcony and Staircase.
White / Pastel Sanitary fixtures & C P fittings of reputed make shall be provided in toilet & kitchen. Steel Sink single bowl shall be provided in the kitchen. Provision for hot & cold water supply in the toilet of Master Bed Room only.
Emergency power backup by generator to the common areas.
Automatic (6 passengers) lifts of reputed make for each block.
24 × 7 hrs security for the safety purpose.
24 × 7 hrs water supply to each block.
Community hall for recreational activities.

Terms & Conditions
Registration charges and other miscellaneous expenses shall be borne by the customer.
Registration of the flat shall be done after the Developer receives the total cost of the flat including Service Tax and any other taxes as imposed by the State & Central Govt.
The purchaser can not negotiable with any other party to sell his/her /their alloted flat before it’s registration. The purchaser will surrender the same to the developer and shall be refunded the amount that he/she/they has / have paid towards the booking of the flat only after a deduction of 10% of the total booking amount.
10% of the deposited amount shall be deducted if the booking of the flat get cancelled during its construction.
