Individual boundary wall shall be provided to every duplex house having the height upto 4'.6" from ground level having 5" thickness made up of with K.B/ fly ash bricks as per requirement.The main gate shall be of M.S. grill having the width of 8' with RCC pillar & shall be provided as the entry.
There will be common water supply to each individual sump of the duplex houses from the central borewell of the project and every individual will lift the water from sumps to the overhead tank through their own arrangement.
Internal Sub-Roads of the project shall be of concrete/Black top.
There shall be individual soak pit and septic tank for every duplex house.
24hr Security Facility.
Provision For Children Playground & play school.
Provision For club house, gym & jogging track.
The cost of the corner Duplex & Prefer Location Charge (PLC). shall be charged 3% extra over the total unit cost.
Every individual Duplex houses shall be given possession within 24 months from the date of first installment of alloted Sub-lot.
Expenses relating to the registration of the sub-lot, all the tax like service tax, VAT & any other taxes imposed by state & central govt. shall be borne by the customer.
